Heather L Fitzgerald, BIS, AS, LMT,  is a Virginia-licensed and National Board-Certified massage therapist (NCBTMB). Heather owns  Hands on Healing, a massage and wellness room at 1 Morton Drive, Suite 107,  Charlottesville, Virginia, 22903.

Heather has learned various massage modalities besides Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial release. Additional continuing education units include Exploring the Vagus System (The Health that is Never Lost), Touch for Health Kinesiology, Emotional Intelligence and Stress Reduction Techniques (Mindfulness), Reiki, and Current Massage Concepts and Applications. 

Heather holds an Associate of Science degree (2019) and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree (2022) with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of Virginia.
